Yeah. I wish I had some great advice about this, but I think probably the only things you can do are apologize and try to understand. I mean if he didn't actually come from dying he can't really know you won't save him at the last second but I don't know how receptive to that argument he'd be.

Yeah, this is definitely the worst part of it. The lying to people and the putting them in danger. To be honest I've kind of ended up just not really having close friends I don't work with, at home.

I hope he comes around soon. It was probably a shock, and he probably feels kind of dumb for not figuring it out on his own somehow, like you've been laughing at him all this time knowing while he didn't. Which is stupid because you're not that guy but kneejerk reactions, you know? Feeling stupid is the actual worst, possibly even ahead of time travel.
